When you turn it on it does the initial neigh and sometimes turns it’s head and moves it’s ears but it’s very inconsistent. Sometimes it reacts to touch most times it doesn’t. No additional accessories are included. When I shake it I hear rattling so it probably needs some work to be fully functional. In played with condition. Please see all pics. If I can get it to cooperate I will post a video.
